Being a parent can be challenging, especially if you don’t know what to feed your children to keep them healthy and energized throughout the day. As a mom and holistic nutritionist of a 4-year old son, I cook nutritious meals and snacks that are easy and quick to make. One of my specialties is using ingredients that are fresh and from nutrient dense whole foods.  I also have some tips on protecting your child’s body such as natural sunscreens or coconut oil for cuts!
